Wai Tai Yeap is the Regional Managing Director for Southeast Asia Pacific at Socomec, a global expert in power management and critical power solutions. Based in Singapore, Wai is responsible for driving growth and expanding Socomec's presence in the region, leading strategic direction such as international key account management and business development efforts to enhance customer value and build strong partnerships. With over 20 years of senior leadership experience in P&L management, sales, and business development, he has demonstrated a strong leadership acumen by delivering double digit CAGR growth for organizations. In this previous role before Socomec, He served as General Manager for the Southeast Asia Electrical Sector, where he implemented effective sales strategies to strengthen market presence. Prior to that, he was Head of Business Area, Electrification Singapore, where he transformed operations to better serve customers and managed regional Data Center Solution Sales.
