Vincent Loo is a Director at FTI Capital Advisors (FTICA), a global investment bank with a strong focus in the telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) sector. FTICA is known to be a TMT specialist and has successfully advised and completed numerous complex digital infrastructure transactions in Southeast Asia and rest of the world, including buy-side and sell-side engagements related to data centres, fibre and towers. Vincent is a seasoned investment banker with 15 years of cross border M&A and financing experience, across different digital infrastructure asset classes. One of the data centre transactions recently completed under his leadership in Indonesia was recognized by DataCloud as the “Best M&A Transaction and Strategic Acquisition” in 2024. Prior to joining FTICA, Vincent was a senior member of Titan Capital, an investment firm founded by the founding MD of TPG Capital in Asia. Vincent is both a Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and CFA Charterholder, and he holds an accounting degree (First-Class Honours) from Oxford Brookes University.
