Among her many executive & advisory roles, Dominique’s AI business is consolidated within Final Upgrade – an AI consulting venture aimed at creating more AI-ready and AI-empowered companies & executives. Final Upgrade is a division of D•Central Ptd Ltd, a global decentralized advisory firm founded in 2022. Dominique is a seasoned consultant with a strong tech foundation, bringing over two decades of experience leading operations & teams at global premier consulting firms, including within IPG, McCann WorldGroup & WPP, as well as having run D-Central, her own AI, high-end bespoke consultancy, & previously also having led Asia-Pacific for The Hoffman Agency, the renowned global tech-focused integrated marketing communications agency globally headquartered out of Silicon Valley. Dominique is a leading public speaker on AI, having run over 50+ training sessions and spoken in front of thousands in the past year alone. She has focused on helping companies to build their AI strategy and upskill executives. Dominique also serves as a Non-Executive Director for Synthar, a subsidiary of Trispectra AI, and an investor in numerous deep tech, AI, blockchain and other tech ventures. Dominique's commitment to cutting-edge technology is evident in her early advocacy and investment in the crypto and blockchain space since 2013. Her strategic insights and advisory roles have benefitted a range of emerging deep tech startups, including DayAway (Web3 experiences), CantorSpace (content creators blockchain platform), GarageXYZ (Web3 car club), and Meta1 Network (cloud gaming infrastructure), among others. In addition, she serves as the Co-Founder and COO of the Blockchain & Cryptocurrency Association of Singapore (BCAS), reflecting her ongoing commitment to the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors. An expert in building teams and the operations to drive strategic work – with a skin-in-the-game approach for established large entities to small, nimble startups. Dominique is a strategist and geek at heart, driven by her passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and nurturing exceptional talent. A Danish-American, she has lived & worked in France, Russia, Hong Kong, Thailand & Singapore.
