Aakash Gandhi is a Partner with L.E.K. Consulting and leads their Technology and Digital Infrastructure practice across APAC (ex-China). With over 25 years of experience in technology and digital infrastructure, Aakash specialises in advising organisations and investors on digital infrastructure projects, especially data centres and fibre. His expertise spans corporate growth strategy, new market development, product development, and M&A. Aakash has extensive experience working with organisations and investors on data centre and fibre initiatives across Australia, New Zealand, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Japan, and Vietnam. Aakash's deep understanding of data centres and fibre infrastructure has been instrumental in helping organisations and investors navigate the rapidly evolving digital landscape. He has a proven track record of delivering strategic insights and practical solutions that enable clients to optimise their digital infrastructure investments and drive growth. Before joining L.E.K. full-time in 2019, Aakash served as an industry expert for the firm from 2017. His previous roles include senior leadership positions at Telstra, Optus, Infoplex, Bulletproof, and HorizonX. Aakash holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from MIT, University of Pune, India, an MS in Network Systems from Swinburne University of Technology, and an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), Australia.
